What is it

Attract employees (the majority are students) to the internal portal, involve them in corporate culture.

Task

We developed a production process and corporate culture knowledge quiz. To make it more engaging, we created a student character Tatyana and made peppy Instagram-like GIFs featuring her.

Our solution

To give information in the form of quiz with encouraging comments from the director. To create a character connecting all the career activities. To liven up the content in the key page points (page opening, quiz mechanics etc.) with our character GIFs.

Concept

The number of page visits exceeded similar pages by 1.5 times.

Statistics / results
